Reservation Policy

Dear Valued Clients,

Firstly, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of our salon. Your loyalty and patronage mean the world to us, and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

In recent times, we have noticed a concerning trend where both long-standing and new clients have been unable to attend their scheduled appointments without prior notice. This not only impacts our business but also affects other clients

To ensure fairness and consistency for all our clients, we have decided to implement a standardized reservation policy for all appointments, effective immediately. This policy aims to streamline our booking process and minimize any inconvenience caused by last-minute cancellations or no-shows

Reservation Fee:

A £15 reservation fee per service is now applicable for all hairdressing appointments, serving as a commitment to attend the scheduled appointment.

Utilisation Options:

Clients can use the fee as credit for their appointment or keep it on their account for their next visit.

Reservation Confirmation:

Valid payment details are required to secure the reservation, with the fee charged at the time of booking and refunded only if cancelled within our specified policy.

Clients will receive a confirmation email or text message upon booking their appointment, which will include details of the reservation fee and our cancellation policy.

A reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to minimize the risk of missed appointments.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise forfeiting the reservation fee.
