GETTING IT RIGHT
The Ruby Mane team work really hard to achieve the look and style you have in your mind. Very, very occasionally we may not be on quite the right track and you may feel the look is not quite what you wanted. Don’t panic!
If you contact us within 7 days of your appointment date, we will very happily book you in to work with your hair again to make sure you’re really happy. As you will appreciate, we will need to see you back in salon as soon as possible. Hair grows very quickly and any follow-up appointments must be within this 7-day timescale to ensure the best chance of success.
