Please don’t be offended if we call you and ask for a deposit. Ruby Mane has always had a policy on taking deposits for appointments when 3 hours or more are booked out with a stylist.
We offer in-depth consultations which are particularly important if you are considering a new hairstyle or new hair colour. We charge £20 for a 30 minute consultation with a stylist and this payment will be taken at the time of booking. If you are having a colour consultation, we will do a skin test and may carry out a strand test. During your consultation we will discuss your hair likes and dislikes, assess the condition of your hair, work on a plan to give you the best possible results, and provide you with a price.

At Ruby Mane Hair Boutique, we have an excellent team of stylists who are each at different stages in their careers. The price you pay for your chosen stylist reflects the level of expertise, experience and industry qualifications they have. When a stylist is promoted, you may notice a small increase in the price you pay.
