Clients are never rushed and both our male and female clientele tell us how much they enjoy the salon’s calm and relaxed atmosphere.  Once you are seated that seat is yours until you leave so you won’t be passed from one member of staff to the next.

To encourage your relaxation, state-of-the-art massage chairs are also set in a private area, enhanced with mood lighting and screened from the main hair styling area.  But if you really do need to stay ‘connected’ we also offer free wireless broadband connection!

I went to Ruby Mane for the first time last weekend. It’s always nerve wracking ( for me) going to a new hair dresser. Tyla cut my hair which is a short cut that I’m trying to carefully grow out ( without looking like a mushroom head with sideburns lol), and she was great. She listened to what I’m trying to achieve and took the time and care to get it just right. I also have very fine hair which at times makes me self conscious and she gave me some excellent advice about products I can use to improve my confidence and achieve a bit of volume. My last visit in the salon was incredibly last minute, I'd booked a wash and blow dry for bonfire night. Kay was incredibly attentive throughout my entire appointment and even though the salon was busy on the day. My appointment was delayed so as a goodwill gesture I didn't have to pay for the treatment.
